NutriPlan determines an individual’s optimal diet type, and recommends a daily calorie intake based on your physical characteristics. It also focuses on your genetic predisposition for the intake of different macronutrients like carbohydrates and fats (saturated and unsaturated).

When you purchase a NutriPlan, you will receive:

• A 28 day diet plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks all sorted.
• Cooking recipes: Sixty different cooking recipes personalised for you in each diet type.
• Instructions and advice: Get advice on how to change your nutrition plan or recipes without changing the calorie intake.

The advice, diet plan and recipes are tailored to your recommended needs, based on the simple saliva sample you provide. The DNA extracted from the sample provides us with a wealth of data, which is then expertly analysed and formulated into your unique NutriPlan package.
